Delivery is direct to your door from our warehouse in York and takes
approximately 5-7 working days.

For deliveries of items under 30kg a charge of
£4.95 is made to cover packing and despatch.

We have 24
Hour Express Service from £8.95.

And 48 Hour Delivery from only £6.95 (working
days only).

24 & 48 hour delivery orders must be placed by 2.00pm Mon-Fri
otherwise they will not be despatched until the following working day.

Express delivery orders that are placed at weekends and bank holidays will not
be despatched until the first day of the following week.

For single items weighing 30kg or over, a
£15 minimum charge is applicable.

Due to carrier costs deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will
incur higher charges. When placing an order for delivery to these places no
delivery charge will be added. You will be contacted by one of our customer
services team with a quote for delivery. If this charge is accepted we will then
proceed with your order.

Returning Items?
If any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 30 days.
Please return it unused, including packaging & obtain proof of return from the
carrier. Please ensure faulty products are clean and not contaminated with pond
water or mud from your pond. Bradshaws will cover the cost of return for damaged
and faulty products. Please call our customer services team before returning an
item on 0870 444 8272. Remember to include your returns label from your despatch
note in your parcel and state whether you would like a refund or replacement.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
